Nhúng từng miếng chuối vào hỗn hợp trứng, sau đó lăn qua bột chiên xù, rồi lại nhúng vào bát trứng lần hai, tiếp tục lăn qua bột chiên xù lần nữa để bánh sau này chiên sẽ giòn ngon hơn.
Đặt chảo lên bếp, chọn chảo sâu lòng, cho tương đối nhiều dầu ăn, đun dầu nóng già rồi thả chuối vào chiên. Khi thấy lớp vỏ ngoài của bánh vàng đều thì gắp ra, cho ra đĩa có lót giấy thấm dầu.
Chuối chiên có lớp vỏ vàng ươm, giòn tan, bên trong thơm phức và ngọt ngào vị chuối chín, thật sự ngon khó cưỡng.
